Grief Stage Check-In.
7 gentle questions, about 2 minutes. There's no right or wrong pattern here —
grief isn't a checklist. This is a private reflection, not a diagnosis. Nothing
you enter is saved, stored, or sent anywhere.
Question 1 of 7

A note on prolonged grief.

support — a grief counselor or support group can help in a way that time alone sometimes can't.
This tool reflects common grief patterns back to you in plain language. It cannot diagnose
complicated grief or any mental health condition — only a licensed clinician can do that.
Grief also doesn't move in a straight line; it's normal to feel several of these at once, or
to return to one you thought you'd moved past.
